HM PPW is a producer of professional formulated high grade mineral fillers and granulates. Our products are suitable for usage as polymer concrete, clay, mortars, slurries, self-levelling floorings and more.

We offer a variety of dry fillers, half fabricates and ready mixed polymer mortars. Application for both horizontal and vertical surfaces like brick laying, claying mortars for stones and tiles, industrial polymer flooring, grouting and repair mortars.

To maintain absolute high quality, we integrate decades of experience and use the finest raw materials - quartz sands, flours, and other mineral/granulate fillers.

We dry, sieve, mix and cover the raw materials with UV stable coating. Our products and recipes are supported by a diversity of chemical additives to optimize the technical and functional properties. Packed to customer specifications if required, supplied ready for use and with client own labels (on request).

Many resin bonded mixtures or fillers contain quartz. This raw material is cheap since it is extracted in a simple manner and in large quantities. However, as far as the quartz structure is concerned, a large diversity in grain properties can be noticed. A specific quartz (or quartz combination) therefore is not unconditionally suitable as an ingredient for resins. Our long experience has been implemented therefore, in differing treatment methods and properties. Our specific production methods guarantee an optimal end product and a high class performance of polymer binders when mixed with our fillers.
